” Pilot project of social accompaniment for the promotion of the autonomy of the recipients of RMI or IMV with minors in charge in the city of Madrid” This project has been developed within the framework of Royal Decree 938/2021 of 26 October (Official State Gazette 27 October 2021), which regulates the direct granting of subsidies from the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration in the field of social inclusion, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, which it proposes as an objective. Reducing income inequality and poverty rates. To achieve this objective, it was proposed, among others, the development of pilot projects that put in place itineraries of social inclusion in different communities or autonomous cities, local entities and the third sector of social action. Specifically, in the Resolution of the General Secretariat of Objectives and Policies of Inclusion and Social Security dated December 3, 2021, a subsidy amounting to 10,523,291.80 euros is granted to the City of Madrid to carry out this Pilot Project. This research has been framed in the search for tools and / or social programs to promote the recovery of autonomy of the most vulnerable households in Madrid in which children live, such as the development of emotional and educational parental skills, hours of care supporting adults in the home, in order to favor the reconciliation of work and family life of these households beneficiaries of the Minimum Life Income (IMV), minimum insertion income (RMI), and / or family cards (TF), in addition to offering all participating families socio-labor training with the aim of improving their employability. It should be noted that it is based on evidence, following national and international recommendations on the need to promote a positive performance of parenthood.
