Transcriptomic Analysis Reveals the Molecular Basis of Photoperiod-Regulated Sex Differentiation in Tropical Pumpkins (Cucurbita moschata Duch.)

Transcriptome analysis was carried out to explore the main-effect genes of sex differentiation responsive to photoperiod. This study provided insights for a deeper understanding of the photoperiod regulatory mechanisms in pumpkin, offering a basis for further exploration of gene loci involved in regulating photoperiod insensitivity.
