资源简介:
This is an open-randomized clinical trial comparing the effect of two low calorie diet differ mainly in the protein composition, namely high protein diet (22-30 percent of overall caloric intake) and standard protein diet (12-20 percent) on body composition, inflammation, and oxidative stress parameters. Body composition paramteres were measured using bioimpedance analysis methods with the Tanita device. The parameters were body weight (kg),body mass index (kg/m2), fat mass (kg), muscle mass (kg), fat mass percentage, and muscle mass percentage. The inflammation marker used were high sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP). Serum malondialdehyde and glutathione were used as oxidative stress markers.
