UC3 - PPDR Situational intelligence and decision making for PPDR

ExtremeXP platform uses analytics, personalization, and AI to boost fire detection, characterization, and operations in urban areas. Enhances first-responder awareness via automated alerts, assisted decisions, and task allocation—reducing response times. Key Phases: Detection: Automates video feed analysis for fire location, type, progress; generates validated alerts. Decision & Actuation: Suggests procedures, maps available on-field users, enables direct communication/task assignment. Supports two user types: operators (alert processing/decisions) and on-field responders. Dataset includes video feeds, alerts, user maps, procedural data, and simulation logs. Demonstrates ExtremeXP's value in real-time, mission-critical fire ops. Ideal for training AI models in situational awareness and personalization.
