资源简介:
The mineral information dataset for the Duddar mining area in Pakistan is derived from hyperspectral remote sensing technology, using ZY-1 02D hyperspectral satellite data as the primary data source. Building upon existing geological data and studies, this dataset adopts software tools such as ENVI, Arcgis and Photoshop to preprocess hyperspectral data (including radiometric calibration and atmospheric correction, data restoration and orthorectification) and extract mineral information (including minimum noise fraction and information extraction) to generate a mineral distribution map for the Duddar area. The dataset comprises hyperspectral remote sensing imagery from the ZY-1 02D satellite and the extracted mineral information map, with a total data volume of approximately 1.31 GB. The map is characterized by consistent accuracy, uniform color tones, clear texture, moderate contrast, and natural color transitions. It not only highlights the presence of lead-zinc ores, the primary mineral products in the Duddar area, but also illustrates their approximate volume and distribution. This dataset is a valuable resource for mineral exploration in the region and holds significant potential for broader applications. Hyperspectral data processing and extraction revealed sphalerite as a key mineral, offering a scientific foundation for resource development. However, due to the area’s location abroad and various limitations, field verification could not be conducted. As such, the mineral mapping results presented in this article are for reference only, and their accuracy and reliability may have certain limitations due to the lack of field verification. We advise users to exercise caution when applying the results
