BasinGraph reproducibility data v3.0.0: prospective COCO/BBOB and CUTEst holdouts and Source Data

This record contains the frozen prospective COCO/BBOB and CUTEst evidence, final Source Data, analysis outputs and clean frozen protocols aligned with the selected BasinGraph 2.0.0-rc1 implementation. The numerical evidence archives are byte-for-byte copies of the validated prospective holdouts. Public archive version 3.0.0 changes documentation and archive composition only; no optimizer source, frozen option, benchmark run, raw result, statistical analysis or numerical conclusion is changed. The current version excludes legacy validation and applied-problem benchmark materials.
