THE NEED FOR FORMATION OF DESIGN COMPETENCE IN THE PROCESS OF PREPARING FUTURE TEACHERS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of developing project competence in future teachers during their professional training. Preparing future teachers for professional activity involves not only pedagogical knowledge but also the development of independent thinking, innovative approaches, and project-based work skills. The article analyzes the concept of project competence, its pedagogical significance, methods of developing this competence in higher education institutions, and advanced international practices. Research results indicate that fostering project competence enhances the professional readiness of future teachers.
