Survey sequencing of Shinkaicaris leurokolos

Shinkaicaris leurokolos Kikuchi and Hashimoto, 2000, is an evolutionarily important deep-sea species from hydrothermal vent distributed in the north-western Pacific. In the present paper, we carried out a whole-genome survey of S. leurokolos in order to provide a foundation for its whole-genome sequencing.
