资源简介:
Results from these data are reported in van Dijk and Fenton, (in press), as well as BioRxiv doi: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2017/12/17/235473 The data are extracellular single unit action potential, spike trains recorded from the hippocampus dentate gyrus region and some from CA3/1 of freely-behaving wild-type (WT) mice. The recordings were made using tetrodes and the Axona dacqUSB recording system, while the mice explored open field and active place avoidance environments. Spike sorting was performed manually and single unit isolation quality was quantified using the IsoIBG and IsoINN measures (Neymotin et al., 2011).
