Hi-C of early Drosophila melanogaster embryos

We use deep-sequencing of Hi-C libraries to identify topological boundaries at high resolution and show that boundaries, insulators, and polytene interbands converge on the same short genomic elements. Overall design: Hi-C on whole nc12 and nc14 embryos, anterior and posterior halves of nc14 embryos
