Xenium spatial transcriptomics datasets for 1) RA synovial tissue biopsies for 17 patients pre- and post-treatment (5101 gene probes, 5k panel+), 2) RA synovial tissue biopsies for 4 patients (50 probes, custom panel), 3) 2D in vitro co-culture system of synovial fibroblasts and endothelial cells (50 probes, custom panel).
