资源简介:
The present study aimed to develop algorithms for early identification of patients who are at risk of being involved in abnormal immunothrombosis, enabling prompt interventions and averted progression of disease. Overall design: RNA-Seq profiling of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) derived from patients with COVID-19 as well as multi-omics data integrative of plasma and cytology levels were studied. A multi-center cohort of 1219 patients was utilized to validate the transcriptional findings and model constructions. In our research, RNA-Seq profiling of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) derived from 40 patients with or without COVID-19 was analyzed. In the meanwhile, multi-omics data integrative of plasma and cytology levels were studied. After the transcriptome analysis and multi-omics analysis, clinical laboratory examination results from a multi-center cohort of 1219 patients were utilized to validate the transcriptional findings and for the prognostic model constructions.
