Whole-Slide CD8 IHC Data and Tissue Annotation Data (HALO)

The enclosed folders contain CD8 IHC data for each whole-slide specimen included in the present study. Cases are distinguished numerically, while redundant tissue blocks from a given case are distinguished alphabetically.Each whole-slide tissue specimen has a folder that contains CD8 IHC positive cell coordinates obtained from HALO (Object_Data.csv) and annotation data exported from HALO (Annotations.annotations). Annotation data can be read as XML files and interpreted in well-known text format.The HALO output for the corresponding TMA is included, alongside a map of the core positions relative to the whole-slide tumour border.
