FePO4 nanoparticles (NPs) were used as source of Fe and P for the growth of maize seedlings. Through a series of transcriptional profiles comparison of plants treated with FePO4 NPs, bulk FePO4 (non-nanometric ) and Fe-deficient and P-deficient plants, transcripts speciffically modulated by NPs as source of Fe and P were identified. Overall design: Twenty-one root samples were analyzed: 3 biological relicates for each of the seven treatement (C, -P, PNP, PB, -Fe, FeNP and FeB).
