Time-course transcriptome of Aureobasidium melanogenum during exopolysaccharide fermentation

This project provides an RNA-seq time-course dataset generated from [organism, strain] collected at multiple time points during polysaccharide fermentation. The primary aim is to support promoter library mining and to elucidate regulatory mechanisms underlying polysaccharide biosynthesis. By profiling dynamic gene expression across fermentation stages (6h, 18h, 36h, 60h, 96h) with 3 biological replicates per time point, we identified candidate genes exhibiting stage-specific or high-level transcription patterns, enabling the discovery of native promoters suitable for pathway engineering and process optimization.
