资源简介:
Adenosine-to-inosine (A-to-I) editing is an endogenous RNA modification in eukaryotes, catalyzed by adenosine deaminases acting on RNA (ADARs). A-to-I editing regulates gene expression by altering splicing, RNA stability, and coding potential, depending on the modification site. While recent studies suggest crosstalk between A-to-I editing and DNA repair-related transcripts, the extent and functional relevance remain unclear. To address this, we performed the transcriptome and epitranscriptome-wide identification of RNA modifications on human lymphoblastoid TK6 cells.
