A room temperature high-energy deep ultraviolet laser generation device based on second-order and third-order nonlinear effects, including Raman crystal, second-harmonic crystal, fourth-harmonic crystal, sum-frequency crystal and color separation mirror ; the Stokes light is generated by the stimulated Raman scattering of the fundamental frequency light in the Raman crystal, and the second harmonic is generated by the second harmonic crystal to double the remaining fundamental frequency light. The second harmonic is doubled in the fourth harmonic crystal to produce the fourth harmonic ; the sum-frequency crystal combines the Stokes light with the fourth harmonic to obtain a 216.3 nm band deep ultraviolet laser. Combining the second-order harmonic conversion of nonlinear optics and the third-order stimulated Raman scattering effect, a laser with a wavelength slightly longer than the wavelength of the fundamental frequency light is obtained by stimulated Raman scattering, and it is neutralized with the fourth-order harmonic of the fundamental frequency light in a large aperture nonlinear crystal at room temperature to obtain a high-energy deep ultraviolet laser at 210 nm.
