ResearchEvaluation OWL 2 DL Artifact for Ontology-Level Validation
收藏资源简介:
This reproducibility artifact accompanies the manuscript “From Rule Engines to Ontologies: An OWL 2 DL Approach for Domain-Specific Evaluation Information Systems”.The package provides the ontology-level materials used to validate the ResearchEvaluation conference-classification case study and the secondary PrenatalDiagnosis case study. It includes the ResearchEvaluation ontology and ICIST 2014 validation ABox, the PrenatalDiagnosis ontology and six-case synthetic validation ABox, HermiT verification scripts and logs, fault-injection experiments with raw reasoner output, and RDF/XML and Turtle serializations. The artifact also contains an optional identity and participation-role extension covering persons, authors, reviewers, editors, staff members, system users, countries, institutions, and string-valued authorization roles. An executable SPARQL structural-extraction script reproduces the entity, attribute, relation, cardinality, validation, and platform-mapping projection described in the manuscript. Hashed ontology-level execution evidence and an ontology-derived expected-module inventory are included. The supplied scripts reproduce ontology consistency checking, class satisfiability checking, inferred subsumption relationships, the M30 and M33 classifications of the ICIST 2014 case, all six expected prenatal classifications, and the fault-injection results reported in the manuscript. The public artifact covers the independently reproducible ontology-level stages. It does not redistribute the complete BAB Core ontology, the proprietary BAB code-generation engine, or the generated application source code. The generation and application-runtime stages described in the manuscript were evaluated internally and cannot be independently reproduced from this package.
