上城区行政复议调解岗收入与行业同岗位数据

以上城区行政复议案件的每月数据明细、调解员调解成功案件明细为依据。该数据对应调解员的工作能力、案件成功数量等指标，对调解员进行考核与培养，使企业目标和个人目标取得双向达成的结果。同时该数据比对行业同岗位平均工资，为企业、为行业提供收入数据依据。1、数据收集：采集上城区行政复议调解案件系统数据、调解员每日调解案件日志、合作机构调解业务对帐报表作为原始数据源。提取到调解案件的信息：案件编号、案由、申请人、结案方式、调解员等； 2、数据处理：1）调解员按季度调解成功件数综合评定共分为：P0级、P1级、P2级、P3级对应不同的层级工资，转正后满3个月的调解员，按之前平均月调解成功件数对应层级。之后统一按季度进行层级晋升及降级（对应岗位层级要求）。2）调解员按调件计算收入计算提成，其中调解成功件数A：1-5件不计算提成，5件以上提成300元/件；同时减去文书制作件数（B-5）*20/件，计算公式为：提成P=件数（A-5）*单件提成X-文书制作件数（B-5）*10。综合收入S，同岗位行业平均工资C，对比同岗位工资占比数据D=S/C。
This dataset is based on the monthly detailed data of administrative reconsideration cases and the detailed records of successfully mediated cases by mediators in Shangcheng District. It is used to evaluate and train mediators based on indicators such as their work capabilities and number of successfully mediated cases, so as to achieve the dual achievement of corporate and individual goals. Meanwhile, it compares with the average salary of the same position in the industry, providing income data references for enterprises and the industry. 1. Data Collection: The original data sources include the data from the Shangcheng District administrative reconsideration mediation case system, the daily mediation case logs of mediators, and the reconciliation statements of mediation businesses from cooperative institutions. Extracted information of mediation cases includes: case number, cause of action, applicant, case closing method, mediator, etc.; 2. Data Processing: 1) Comprehensive evaluation of mediators is conducted based on their quarterly number of successfully mediated cases, divided into four levels: P0, P1, P2, P3, corresponding to different hierarchical salaries. Mediators who have completed 3 months on regular payroll will be assigned to the corresponding level based on their previous average monthly number of successfully mediated cases. Afterwards, quarterly level promotions and demotions will be carried out uniformly in accordance with post-level requirements. 2) Income and commission calculation for mediators is based on mediation cases: For the number of successfully mediated cases (A): no commission is calculated for 1-5 cases, and a commission of 300 RMB per case is applied for cases exceeding 5. Meanwhile, subtract (B-5)*20 RMB per document production case, with the commission formula being P = (A-5)*X - (B-5)*10, where X is the per-case commission rate. The total income is S, the industry average salary for the same position is C, and the salary proportion data is calculated as D = S/C.
