This dataset contains experimental image data, segmentation outputs, and downstream analysis results for quantitative analysis of Armillaria gallica rhizomorph networks. The dataset is organized into three subdirectories according to the main stages of the analysis pipeline: 01_raw inputs stores original experimental image data, divided into three experimental conditions—control and furnace groups for light exposure experiments, and nutrient density experiments; 02_segmentation outputs stores image segmentation pipeline outputs, including raw automatic segmentation results and final segmentation results after manual inspection and correction; 03_data analysis outputs stores final analysis results generated from processed image data, including graphs (e.g., growth, brightness, network morphology, Gompertz growth model visualization, inter-condition comparisons, etc.) and statistical analysis numerical outputs (e.g., fitted growth model parameters, statistical tests, multiple comparison corrections, effect size estimates, etc.). This dataset is suitable for studies on mycorrhizal fungal network morphology, growth dynamics, and experimental condition comparisons.
