Puerto Rico: change in mobile data consumption due to COVID-19, by provider

On March 15, 2020, the Governor of Puerto Rico declared a curfew throughout the island to control the spread of the novel coronavirus. During the first two weeks of restrictions, telecommunications company Claro registered a 26 percent increase in mobile data consumption among Puerto Rican users. Meanwhile, T-Mobile saw mobile data usage grow by 15 percent during this period.
