Expression data of LMP1-B cells, CD40-activated B cells, and their respective controls

In this study, by microarray we analyzed gene expression changes due to LMP1 signaling and CD40 signaling in B cells, in order to identify similarly as well as differentially induced candidate tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) and co-stimulatory ligands. In this experiment, two LMP1-expressing B cell samples and two YFP-expressing control B cell samples, two anti-CD40-treated B cell samples and two untreated (naive) control B cell samples were analyzed together. This allows comparison of gene expression of LMP1-B cells versus YFP control B cells, CD40-activated B cells versus naive control B cells, as well as comparison of gene expression of LMP1-B cells versus CD40-activated B cells.
