During treatment: 4-week administration of oleanolic acid (OA, 100 mg/kg/day in HF diet). Parameters were measured within the last 2 weeks of treatment. Post-treatment: 2-week administration of OA (100 mg/kg/day in HF diet) followed by feeding with an OA-free HF diet for 4 weeks.
