Hook Ridge sediments (Bransfield Strait, Western Antarctic Peninsula) Metagenome

Applying metagenomic tools to Hook Ridge sediments, Bransfield Strait, Western AntarcticPeninsula Antarctic, will provide an unprecedented examination of key microbial processes andtheir role in a submarine vulcanic edif in a Antartica. These efforts would be the first tocharacterize a microbial community process in an Antarctic vents site.
