Phytochemical responses of native Salix alba ecotypes following transfer from natural habitats to a common garden

This dataset contains raw phytochemical measurements and associated sampling metadata from a study investigating phytochemical stability and environmental responses of native Salix alba L. ecotypes following transfer from natural habitats to a common-garden environment in northwestern Iran. The dataset includes measurements of total phenolic content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC), and DPPH radical-scavenging activity in bark and leaf tissues of 40 maternal genotypes evaluated under wild and common-garden (farm) conditions. It also includes geographic information of the sampled maternal trees, including population codes, provinces, coordinates, and altitude. The dataset supports the analysis of trait- and organ-dependent phytochemical responses of S. alba ecotypes and enables verification of the results presented in the associated manuscript.
