BdSLW60

BdSLW60是一个全面的孟加拉手语单词级数据集，由伊斯兰科技大学计算机科学与工程系系统与软件实验室创建。该数据集包含60个孟加拉手语单词，共计9307个视频样本，由18位手语使用者在不受限制的自然环境中录制，并由60位注释者严格注释和交叉检查。BdSLW60旨在支持机器学习和深度学习模型的发展，以解决孟加拉手语识别中的挑战，如手势动态捕捉和模型适应性。数据集的应用领域包括手语翻译和教育，旨在提高聋人和听力障碍者的日常沟通效率。

BdSLW60 is a comprehensive Bengali Sign Language word-level dataset created by the Systems and Software Laboratory, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Islamic University of Technology. It contains 60 Bengali Sign Language words, totaling 9307 video samples recorded by 18 sign language users in unrestricted natural environments, and rigorously annotated and cross-checked by 60 annotators. BdSLW60 aims to support the development of machine learning and deep learning models to address challenges in Bengali Sign Language recognition, such as gesture dynamic capture and model adaptability. The dataset has applications in sign language translation and education, with the goal of improving daily communication efficiency for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.
