Originally from Tropical Africa , the kalanchoe daigremontiana is a succulent plant of the genus Galanthus in the Sedum family. This project utilised PacBio HiFi read, Oxford Nanopore and Hi-C data to assemble the first telomere to telomere genome of this species.
