资源简介:
By unzippping the contents, one will see three folders. In each folder, there are raw experimental data (i.e. partcle number, temperature) and a Python code (Python 3 required) from which one can generate the plot reported in the paper titled "Collisional cooling of ultracold molecules" by Son et. el (see the Related Publication for the information). 1. For each folder, one can find more than one folders for different experimental conditions (i.e. with Na, without Na, double evap, single evap, etc). For each experimental condition, the raw data is saved as .csv file. One can run 'data_extraction.py' code in order to parse this csv file and generate separate csv files for each experimental observables (i.e. mol num, mol temp, na num, etc). In the 'csv' folder, the 'data_extraction.py' code saves three entities: the first column is a variable, the second is the measured observable, and the last one is the error of the measured observable (i.e. the uncertainty of the mean estimated from the statistical and fit errors). 2. By running the Python code called 'FOLDER NAME_fig gen.py', one can generate the desired plot. This code imports the parsed csv files for each experimental observables, which can be produced by running 'data_extraction.py' code as mentioned. 3. The plot generated by 'FOLDER NAME_fig gen.py' code can be found in the folder called 'plot save.'
