Binary transcriptome analysis of splice decisions across 500,000+ cells and 500M+ reads from 10 public datasets (7+ countries, 10+ labs). Includes the STAFF tool suite for base-4 XOR analysis at splice junctions, per-molecule splice decision chain reconstruction, operator coupling tensor computation, ViennaRNA structural folding of excised introns, and IP-clean OpenMM molecular dynamics of Mg/Li at GNRA tetraloops. Shows that fetal cells explore the splice landscape (99.98% unique chains) while cancer converges (98.4%), with reproducible shifts in the binary signature at junction boundaries. Meditation measurably recouples operators (GSE174083, PNAS 2021: K_RM +40% at 3 months post-retreat).
