Transcriptomic analyses revealed paclobutrazol-mediated regulation of flower bud differentiation in Camellia japonica

Flower bud differentiation is regulated by complex physiological and molecular networks. Paclobutrazol (PBZ), a triazole-type growth regulator, has been reported to promote early flowering in Camellia species. However, the mechanisms underlying PBZ-induced flower bud differentiation remain insufficiently understood.
