The goal of this study was to characterise the binding sites of GATA3 in human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) after exposure to the pro-differentiation growth factor BMP4. Overall design: ChIP-Seq of GATA3 was performed on cultured hESCs grown in mTeSR1 with or without treatment with BMP4 for 6 hours.
