资源简介:

ABSTRACT Introduction: Digital workflow through CAD/CAM systems allows the fabrication of temporary restorations by 3D printing. The Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) method uses printable resins whose tensile strength is critical for their intraoral performance. Objective: To compare the tensile strength of three printable resin-based temporary restorative materials (Nextdent C&B MFH, Harz Labs Dental Sand A3, and Raydent C&B) manufactured using LCD technology. Material and Methods: An in vitro experimental study was conducted. Fifteen specimens (5 per group) were virtually designed and fabricated using an Anycubic Photon (LCD) printer. After post-processing according to the manufacturers' instructions, a tensile test was performed on a Zwick/Roell Z100 universal testing machine at 5 mm/min following the ISO 527-1 standard. Data were analyzed using Stata 14 S/E. Results: The average tensile strength values were: Nextdent (53.5 MPa), Harz Labs (39.61 MPa), and Rayente (38.03 MPa). A statistically significant difference was found between Nextdent and the other two groups (p=0.00). Conclusions: Nextdent resin showed the highest tensile strength. All evaluated materials are compatible with intraoral use and comparable to conventional provisionalization materials. Keywords: 3D printing; Composite resins; Tensile strength; Digital dentistry.
