Cyp450 1A1/1B1 activity [Inferential stats]

This study reports a comparative assessment of the biological impact of a heated tobacco aerosol from the tobacco heating system (THS) 2.2 and smoke from a combustible 3R4F cigarette on human organotypic gingival epithelium tissue exposed at the air-liquid interface. Cyp1a1/1b1 activity was measured in order to estimate xenobiotic metabolism induced by exposure. This dataset reports inferential statistics for each type of measurement comparing treatment groups vs. their respective controls, but also differences between different treatment (normalized to their respective control groups).
