We employed amplicon sequencing targeting the V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene and the ITS1 region to investigate the microbial composition within four distinct niches: bulk soil, rhizosphere, rhizoplane, and endosphere. Our study focused on both healthy and diseased Rhododendron delavayi Franch specimens cultivated in natural soil.
