Opinions on obstacles to investing in commercial real estate in Italy 2020

According to a recent survey conducted in 2020 about the commercial real estate market and investments in Italy, several obstacles could be identified. Survey results showed that limited real estate assets availability was the major hindrance to investment in the sector, indicated by 24 percent of respondents. The second main obstacle to investing appeared to be property prices. Moreover, the political instability and the juridical framework were also indicated as major impediments to developing investment plans in the sectors.
