In this study, we investigated time-dependent microbiome dynamics in unmashed and mashed banana (Musa spp.). In addition, we inoculated banana-colonized microorganism (Klebsiella variicola or Meyerozyma caribicca) to rhizosphere of young banana plants and incubated for 14 months, followed by metataxonomic analysis of the banana leaves and soils.
