Transcriptomics of colorectal cancer in Siriraj cohort, Thailand (NanoString)

To investigate the transcriptomes in colorectal cancer patients, who were diagnosed and treated at Siriraj Hospital, Thailand, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq and Nanostring platforms. Total RNA was extracted from primary colorectal cancer tissues for comparative gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq and Nanostring platforms and then classifying consensus molecular subtypes.
