Data: 1. One typical guinea pig retinal frame in-vivo. S123.mat is the Stokes vectors of the B-scan to be reconstructed. bigS123.mat is the Stokes vectors to generate calibration metrics, randomly selected from the volume scan. The code to analyze these data can be found in https://github.com/DrXinyu/TRIPS-OCT 2. Processed animal data including enface images and refractive errors. Data is summarized in Supplementary Data Figure 2.
