Dataset for a Masters study titled 'Speech in noise and temporal resolution abilities in formally trained musicians'. The data on pure tone thresholds from frequencies 250 to 16 000 Hz for left and right ears, digit in noise SRT values for both homophasic and antiphasic listening situations, temporal resultion gaps in noise test results (including total percentage and approximate thresholds) for left and right ears were obtained from 40 musicians and 40 age and gender matched non-musicians.
