Development plan Tonndorf 8 1st amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the Tonndorf 8 development plan of 10 June 1969 (HmbGVBl. p. 111) is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Tonndorf 8 Development Plan" is added to the Ordinance.
2. In § 2, the following point 4 is added:
"4. In the industrial area, retail establishments are prohibited, with the exception of mail order establishments. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing is permitted. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
