The genome of Pseudomonas chlororaphis subsp. chlororaphis ATCC 9446 was sequenced to provide insights into the genetic basis of its biological functions, particularly its role in biocontrol and secondary metabolite production. Using next-generation sequencing technologies, we assembled and annotated the complete genome, identifying genes involved in antimicrobial compound synthesis, such as phenazines, pyoverdines, gene fitness, and metabolic optimization. This study lays the groundwork for further research into the genetic mechanisms that enable P. chlororaphis to be a promising agent in biotechnology applications.
