This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing consumer-related data of smart stove controllers from customers in Zhejiang Province, aiming to understand customers' purchasing power and consumption preferences for smart stove controllers, evaluate the market popularity of the product, and provide references for all enterprises in the industry to formulate production strategies and better deliver personalized products and services to users. 1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to smart stove controllers from customers. 2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and aggregate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm-based Demand Analysis: Conduct demand analysis on the preprocessed data with the formula: $P = left{ frac{a_1( ext{minimum order quantity per transaction})}{b_1( ext{minimum consumption amount per transaction})} + frac{a_2( ext{maximum order quantity per transaction})}{b_2( ext{maximum consumption amount per transaction})} + frac{a_3( ext{average order quantity})}{b_3( ext{average consumption amount})} ight} imes k$, where $k$ is the consumption coefficient that varies across regions. Based on empirical values, the $k$ value for Zhejiang Province is set to 0.8. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three categories according to the calculated demand score: "High Grade" for scores above 50, "Medium Grade" for scores ranging from 10 to 50, and "Low Grade" for scores below 10.
