Expression data from early and macroscopic HCC lesions isolated from the Rb family Triple Knock Out model (ATAC-Seq)

we report the chromatin conformation profile of various liver progenitor subpopulations upon inactivation of the Rb family of proteins. YFP+ cells fractioned on the basis of Thy1 and Epcam surface expression are isolated by flow cytomtry prior to standard processing for ATAC-Seq.
