PREA establishes a new foundational science that describes the functional architecture of complex systems. The discipline is built on four axioms—Observability, Isomorphy, Functional Load‑Bearing, and Determinacy—and defines a complete scientific structure for understanding how systems maintain stability, generate functionality, and develop over time. The publication introduces the three ontological layers META, PRA, and MAMA, and describes the 42 functional modules that constitute the core architecture of PREA. It further presents the full topology of 672 states, derived from the combinatorics of module, divergence form, and divergence source. This topology enables precise localization of system states, divergence patterns, and collapse probabilities. PREA provides a mathematically grounded framework for analyzing structural integrity, divergence compensation, functional load, and developmental capacity. It positions itself as a new scientific category within the canon of foundational sciences and offers a coherent basis for academic research, university curricula, and professional system architecture.
