SummaryThis study investigates the effect of Yoda1, a Piezo1 channel agonist, on TGFbeta-induced activation of cardiac fibroblasts. RNA sequencing was performed to profile transcriptomic changes in mouse 3T3 fibroblast cells under different treatment conditions, including TGFbeta stimulation and Yoda1 co-treatment. The data provide insights into the BRD4-dependent signaling pathway involved in TGFbeta-induced fibroblast activation and cardiac remodeling.Overall DesignMouse 3T3 fibroblast cells were divided into four treatment groups: (1) untreated control, (2) TGFbeta treatment, (3) Yoda1 treatment, and (4) combined TGFbeta + Yoda1 treatment. Each group was cultured under identical conditions, and total RNA was extracted for sequencing. Total RNA was extracted and sequenced using Illumina paired-end technology. Differential expression analysis was performed to identify genes regulated by Yoda1 in the context of TGFbeta signaling.
