This dataset was collected by the Quality Service Center of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Shahe City. It documents the deployment plan for the 2025 "Quality Month" campaign within the housing and urban-rural development system, along with the third-quarter project quality inspections. A "double-blind" mechanism was adopted for this inspection, with 10 individual construction projects randomly spot-checked. A total of 33 potential quality hazards were identified, all of which have been fully rectified.
