To evaluate the impact of different types of rice on the microbial structure in obese patients, the sequences of 16S rDNA were analyzed after fermentation. A total of 1,166,025 valid reads were obtained from five groups, namely blank, control, Lgc1, HR+Lgc1, and LowGI (each with three replicates), with an average of 77,735 valid reads per sample.
