Comparative population transcriptomics of krill

We have produced RNA-seq data for multiple species and samples of krill (euphausiids; Euphausiacea). This data was used to study genetic variation within and between species, including estimating genetic diversity and detecting signatures of selection and adaptation. This project contains the new RNA-seq data generated for this study.
