ImReP Large Data Files

Large data files from our study not able to be uploaded to the GitHub here (https://github.com/Mangul-Lab-USC/ImReP_publication)<br>Full Publication can be in Nature Communications here (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-020-16857-7)<br>Figure5a_data.csv: Data file for a plot in our publication with pairwise sample data. For each sample pair we calculated the Sørensen-Dice similarity index. Each pair is labeled by the immunoglobulin chain, as well as whether the sample came from one individual, or multiple individuals.<br>source-data.zip: Compressed file containing all of the csv files required to plot the figures in our paper.
