This repository contains the official validation certificate and parsed dataset for the Multi-Dimensional Knapsack Problem (MKP) benchmark "mknapcb2.txt" (Instance 1, N=250, M=5, Alpha=0.25) originated from the Chu & Beasley OR-Library. By applying The Annet Standard™, an unprecedented combinatorial optimization benchmark of 59,214 points was achieved within a deterministic execution window of 90.00 seconds. The optimization log demonstrates a near-perfect hyper-saturation across all five logistical dimensions simultaneously, capturing the absolute structural constraints of the matrix without a single boundary violation. To ensure absolute intellectual property protection, the underlying functional mechanics and algorithmic architecture operate under a strict zero-knowledge framework and are omitted from this public disclosure. Verification of the performance record is fully decentralized and mathematically reproducible via the enclosed 250-bit binary decision vector. The integrity of the solution vector is permanently sealed using a SHA-256 cryptographic checksum: 335854c747a7527898275c98bf79bc1ed6c7c4adfc00b885c1c3678af59daff0.
